H2R plumbing is great. Jeremy in particular was amazing to work with. He was kind, honest and fair and did an excellent job reparing some leaks I had and a few other things. He was very patient in explaining some of the issues. He had a partner with him, but I didn't get his name, but he was great too. They arrived on time and were quick and efficient. I can't recommend H2R plumbing and Jeremy enough. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

H2R Plumbing was very responsive to our needs!  Not only was the  Kevin (the technician) knowledgeable, efficient and personable, he shared helpful service tips that can save us time & money in the future.  I  will  certainly call again and recommend H2R to anyone with plumbing needs!

From the pleasant phone call with Jeff booking our appointment to Kevin's expertise on finding & repairing our leak, the overall experience was great! We will be sure to use H2R for future work plus refer them to friends in the future!!

We received the worst, most unprofessional service from H2R Plumbing that we’ve ever received from any home service company or contractor. We called them on Wednesday evening because we had a sudden, small water leak in the ceiling of our newly finished basement, so we were trying to find a 24/7 emergency plumber and H2R Plumbing Services had great Google reviews. I got ahold of Jeff Allard, who also owns Home Rescue&Remodeling LLC and H2R Plumbing Services on Wednesday evening. He said he’d try to get ahold of his plumber, but his plumber probably wouldn’t be able to get out to our house that evening, but he’d let me know. Jeff Allard then texted me, saying he was 2 minutes away because he was “already in the area for another job”. I didn’t have my phone with me, since I was working to get our water line shut off, so neither my wife or I knew he was coming out. Jeff just showed up, without us even knowing he was coming, and without giving us any upfront cost estimate or pricing to come out, so that we could give consent for him/them to come out and do any work to our home. Jeff just showed up and all he did was shut our water off, which I was doing anyway. Then he told us that he was doing us a “favor” by not charging us their typical, over $250 after hours call charge. He’d get his plumber, Nathaniel Jones of H2R plumbing, out to our house the next morning. His plumber came out to our house the next morning, and  Looked underneath our kitchen sink, told us the faucet was bad, which Jeff had already told us the evening before.

The plumber called me 5 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive to inform me he wouldn’t be coming because I “was going to have my home warranty company reimburse the expense to repair my water leak.” Even after I stated I would just need a receipt and I’ll handle dealing with the warranty company.

If you didn’t want to come out and do the work, fine inform me that when I first made you aware of the home warranty company two days ago. Don’t tell me 5 minutes before you’re scheduled to arrive.  Not only did you waste my time, I could have found another provider in the two days, but you put me and my family in pinch as we’re going without water in our kitchen until next week unless I get lucky enough to find another plumber.

I am sorry that you feel that we did not meet your expectations. At H2R Plumbing, we strive to go above and beyond to service homeowners in their time of need.  When you expressed your urgent concern, we only attempted to help.

And if you did, what was their response?), so we were trying to find a 24/7 emergency plumber and H2R Plumbing Services had great Google reviews. I got ahold of Jeff Allard, who also owns Home Rescue & Remodeling LLC and H2R Plumbing Services on Wednesday evening. When you called with your emergency situation, the owner of the company personally left his other job to fix your emergency situation and stop the leak in order to prevent any further damage.  The plumber and service techs were on the south side of town so he personally made an attempt to help you since you insisted that it was urgent. As it is a priority to serve the client first, H2R Plumbing came out to stop the bleeding at no cost to then go over the damage and discuss any further costs that you may incur. Jeff Allard immediately shut off the water to stop the damage, even if you were going to do it, you didn’t (you could have done it sooner but you didn’t).

Unaware of your plumbing experience, Jeff promptly stepped in to shut off the water only then to learn that you were “about to do it”.  He stepped back and asked if you wanted to take over.
Then he told us that he was doing us a “favor” by not charging us their typical, over $250 after hours call charge. That is why because of your concern, and the miscommunication that you had an emergency, H2R Plumbing did not charge you at all for the owner of the company to drop everything at 9:30 pm for your emergency shut off (not knowing that you already knew how to do that).

You’re complaining about punctuality because H2R Plumbing came out too quick.  That’s unfortunate.

Responsiveness? Again, H2R Plumbing came out too quick and was way too responsive.

Value?  You asked for a discount for the free service that H2R Plumbing provided. Price?  You didn’t like our prices so we gave you our emergency service for free.  The owners of this company have a passion for public service, as this company was founded by firefighters/paramedics.  We certainly would love to help our our fellow service members.  However, we don’t know how to discount a free service!  (We can’t build a business on paying people to come solve their emergencies!!! LOL) In any event, thank you for your service!  We love our freedom and everything you fight for!
Professionalism.  The owner himself came out to inspect, stop any further damage, provide options, and arranged for the top plumber to come back out for remediation. Without charge.

At H2R Plumbing, we try to mitigate the cost for the homeowners to offer assistance with insurance when possible.  Nate realized that there were circumstances beyond the initial emergency that you were more concerned about so we realized that this relationship was not a good fit.  Our expectations were not in sync.

Again, since you have the plumbing experience that you claim to have to be able to shut off your water, you should have been able to turn it back on.  And if H2R Plumbing was so unprofessional, and out of industry standards, you should have been able to find an adequate company to solve your emergency plumbing needs.

And to call out and disparage the name of Home Rescue and Remodeling?  You had the owner of 3 companies that can not only stop the bleeding, remediate the damage, but the also offer the best quality of remodeling to fix the damage that your emergency caused? (It was free advice, BTW).

Great service,great staff. Timely,efficient and most of all reliable.
