We cannot say enough good things about this company. Called on Friday night around 8:00, they were here by 8:30 with a diagnosis and our new water heater tank was installed by Saturday at noon. This company was professional and courteous! I highly recommend and will use them for all of plumbing needs! Thank you Shawn and crew for very happy customers at our house!

I spoke with Shaun and he is a very capable plumber. He never even had to come to my house, he was able to diagnose my water pressure problem by phone, gave me the opportunity to try to self fix and the simple fix he described did the trick.

This guy is the real deal. 100% would recommend.

I'm a real estate agent and the seller hired Bolon's Plumbing to fix some items for my buyer. Some items were done after closing so I was able to work directly with them. They were great to work with and provide great service!

We woke up at 7am with water pouring out of a broken line under our bathroom sink.  Shawne answered when we called- responded within the hour - fixed the problem - did not hit us with exorbitant emergency fees - and had us back in working order within 2 hours.  We are SO glad we found Bolon Plumbing.  He made one part of this bad dream much easier.  Highly - recommend.

The two servicemen whom came to my home was great. There costumer services line was prompt with a follow up call after my insurance made the connection for me. I was nervous and after talking to her she ease my mind. I recommend this company with five stars+ .

I had a terrible time trying to get someone to come out to my house. I had a leaking pipe and finally my warranty co assigned the job to Bolon. I was able to contact them and the owner called me back the next day and the day after that the tech came out, figured out what was wrong and replaced the copper pipes that were bad. My water is back on and no more leaks!!! Thank you Bolon! Your tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate it! (I wish I could remember his name, I think it was Shawn.)

Called Shaun at 12:30AM with an emergency situation. He was there in a reasonable time and got the job done while roto-rooter (who was called earlier in the evening) came out and refused to do anything due to and unexplained “company policy.” Basically, they pick and choose the work they want to do. Shaun was eager to help and resolve the issue.

I also wasted time calling several other emergency plumbers with no call back. Shaun picked up the phone himself and was on it. I’ll call him first next time and not waste my time with roto rooter or other plumbers who apparently don’t want to work.

I have had Bolons do multiple jobs for me throughout the years.  Last summer they totally gutted my kitchen, front bathroom, and flooring in my kitchen, hall, dining room and living room.  The remodel was more that I dreamed.  They are always professional, friendly and polite!  I would highly recommend them to anyone

They came out on NYE and took care of our clogged kitchen pipe.  Can’t thank them enough.  The tech was great and knowledgeable.
