I called in the late morning, 3 days before Christmas to replace a leaking water heater (Called 2 other companies first because I just went by a local Google search - they couldn't help). Professional and kind initial call. Quickly dispatched the call and bam, they were there to give a quote.
I received a quote from a contractor a month before to replace the water heater before it was leaking.  This quote was competitive.
Within minutes of my online approval of the quote, they were off to work.  I thought it would be at least a day before work would start. Nope - within hours, life was back to normal.  Great communication with zero need for physical interaction (as a toddler and dog mom, that was awesome).
It was beyond easy. Payment plans are offered too if that makes your life easier.

H&G Plumbing is a great  company to have on your side.  I've recently had a pipe leak and Mr. Randy was able to get it fixed for me in reasonable amount of time.  He was very helpful and informative and gave me a reasonable price. He didn't mind me asking questions which I thought was awesome and he answered them truthfully.  I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing repairs in the future.

Randy of H&G Plumbing is a pure professional! He showed up early and completed a huge job (septic tank install) in record time! He came right out...addressed the problem and got right on it. He was here at 6:00am,worked continuously until the new septic system was installed at 4:30pm. H&G plumbing proved to be an honest and reputable company. I would absolutely recommend this company.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They tried too charge me 875.00 too empty a 1000 gallon tank,might as well pulled a gun out and robbed me!! For all who dont know 300.00 is a fair price for that size tank and add 100.00 bucks if it's a 1500 gallon tank, hell I'd even say up too 400 on a 1000 gallon tank but 875.00 is hwy robbery..you can get your drain field jetted for that price!

Brian and Zack helped us get a rush septic install completed in no time flat. They were careful with our lawn, courteous and worked quickly at a good price. They are licensed, bonded, have insurance, warrantied their work, and answered all of my questions. The new septic has been in for a couple of weeks, and everything is working as it should. I would hire them again.

I recently had a plumbing issue arise at a rental property that I manage in the area.  Went online and looked up local plumbers and found H&G Plumbing along with a number of other companies.  After reading the reviews (which mostly looked good) I decided to give them a try.  BIG MISTAKE!!!  I should have paid more attention to the reviews with less stars because they ended up being the very issues I experienced with this company.   I was quoted a price for the job based on the issue being serious.  It ended up that the work wasn't as bad as the tech thought.  When I asked him if he would be adjusting the invoice then to reflect the work actually done, I was called names (unbiblical to be exact), accused of stealing from my employer, accused of avoiding paying the bill, and told they would not be adjusting the bill just to make me happy etc. OOOOOOOOOKKK then. At that point I told the tech that I felt more comfortable paying the bill in the office rather than meeting him at some random place to pay the bill, especially after the verbal lashing he gave me. After I hung up the tech than proceeded to harass me with back to back phone calls, then had his assistant "Dustin" call impersonating the manager of this establishment.  Yes all of this recorded on my cell phone.  I told Dustin about the incident (believing he was the manager) and that I will make the payment the following business day rather than meet up with angry Randy.  He acted concerned but kept insisting I first sign the invoice and send it to them before we had the issue resolved.  I had to have the invoice corrected because the wording was illegible and the grammar was awful.  Fast forward to Monday, I met at the office once I got off work to find "Dustin" the H & G manager waiting.  When i asked to give the payment on the credit card machine, Dustin advised me that it was not available as the IT guy had just left for the day, but that I can just write my credit card number on the invoice and leave it with him.  ALARMS went off in my head at that moment. Um no I will not leave it write my credit card numbers on a piece of paper and leave it with you "manager" and I left knowing their was something not right about this whole encounter.  Well my instincts were correct when I spoke with the real manager the next day he advised that Dustin was not the manager.  I related to him the treatment I had received from his employee and the threatening phone call I had just received that morning from the angry Tech that if I didn't reach out to him that day he was going to put a lien on the property and call my employer and tell him that I was keeping his money.  Well the manager said he would meet me that evening, but when I showed up he wasn't there.  Just had his other techs meet to take the payment.  WOW!!!!  I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism, as I did with this company.  Needless to say my search for a good, reliable plumber to service the rental properties I manage will continue.  There are just too many other companies out here offering the same service to have to deal with Rude, Unprofessional, Over-priced business such as this one.  How you treat your Customers matters.

This company amazed me beginning with the customer service. I had 3 toilets that were constantly running water whenever they wanted to and a kitchen faucet  that was dripping water to where my water bill went from $40.00 average to over $150.00 per month. They came to my place on time and determined  that repairing these problems would have cost me more than just replacong them. 2 days later the came in on time again and repalced 3 toilets and the faucet with quality  products, and left my home clean in all areas they worked in and all has been working great since. I highly reccomwnd H&G PLUMBING AND SEPTIC for their professionalism and quality of work. Licensed; Bonded and Insured with a warranty  on the work and parts. Please support our community and this business.

I had to give a star on this page, but they don't deserve it  They deserve 0 STARS!!!   I simply cannot even give them 1 star.  This business was trying to give me the business.  I am in need of a water heater replacement and expansion tank.  I called this company and they sent out a young plumber (Zachary) to the house call.  When he arrived he    assessed the problem and then went to the truck to create an estimate.  He came back with $1450.  I asked him what he saw that was the problem and he asked, "Are you going to get the repair?" I told him that it was a little high an what was the problem?  He stated that he couldn't tell me unless I would agree to the repair.  He stated that it was his profession (plumbing) and that he couldn't just tell me what was wrong.  Then he went to say that he would tell me if I paid for a diagnostic!
This is OUTRAGEOUS!  Who gives an estimate without telling the customer what is included in the repair?  Zachary and H&G plumbing I guess!

I have been in the military for over 20 years and traveled all over the world and NEVER have I had this type of treatment and disorderly customer service.  I even tried to give the young Zachary some advice, such as by showing kindness and compassion, this is how you get referrals.

I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go to K&G!

When I called the company to talk to management about the situation, the person who answered the phone stated that they were all out to lunch and that I could leave a message, but it would go out to the techs (I am assuming Zachary and the person with him), but that would be defeating the purpose.

SHAME ON YOU H&G!!!!!  And SHAME ON YOU ZACHARY!

Lance, we are truly sorry for the misunderstanding. We gave you a free estimate on replacing the water heater and expansion tank. In order to determine what had caused these items to fail, it would require further investigation of the water distribution system, which would be a diagnostic charge.
Unfortunately, we have to charge a minimum fee for a diagnostic, which is standard in our profession.
We apologize for any inconveniences, and misunderstandings.
