  Joshua Myers told us he could install our new septic drain line field, get it done the the same week. Contract signed February 16th, a month later and the work is not done. Left almost 100 feet of our land dug out, including a 5 foot hole in our backyard that has repeatedly filled up with water. Joshua Myers took $10,000 up front($14,000 job total) and after showing up the next day to begin work has done exactly nothing to complete the job. He does this to people as we’ve learned and changes his company name so he can continue to get away with it. He doesn’t return calls or texts, has left a Home Depot tractor that he rented for another job on our property for a month now. Please do yourself a favor and call literally anyone else to do septic or plumbing work for you as we now have to pay someone else to fix what Joshua Myers messed up and complete the original job. He does not own a pump truck and will never follow through on his promises to pump your tank. Has promised us many dates of completion for him to never come to the property and to never answer the phone or texts. Always says he’ll call back in a minute and never does even hours later. The work he did do in the only 4 hours he worked was done incorrectly and did not follow the permit as stated by the health inspector. Embarrassing member of society. We now have to cover up the land ourselves and wait for it to dry out prolonging our repair by a company who will actually show up. Never hire this guy or this company. He took $10,000 and has done who knows with it. Really hope his license is pulled so he can’t hurt anymore families.

  It’s nice to see a company with good reviews that were completed less than 2 weeks ago when I had my service 2 weeks ago that is still incomplete, and I paid in full on same day as service $2000! But now I’m going to have to break the record. As a manager myself Josh surely talks a good game. But after many many promises that the job will get completed the same day as I text him days after and weeks go by, I do NOT recommend him at all. I understand you get backed up with jobs But don’t promise a septic drain to be finished the next day cause he will tell you all his trucks are full or they broke down. As a customer that paid in full the same day as service You would expect true value to be given, but not here. So thanks Josh… I’m having to find another company to come finish your job 2 weeks later and as for the big hole you left behind is still there and didn’t even drain the septic which was part Of the job!!! I have a young child that could get hurt and 5 dogs that could also get hurt due to your poor work ethics and compassion for your customers. Very unprofessional and talks a real good game. Great Job Josh!!!!

  Services were requested on Friday. They called to let us know that they would be here on Sunday. Josh arrived with his wife, then the next two men arrived. But no truck arrived. I did some digging in the yard located the septic tank and explain to Angela what was wrong with it. He told Angela he was gonna run the camera through the system to see where the blockage was he would take care of that problem and then his helpers would come out And pump the tank. He Bargained the price my daughter. When both parties seem to be in agreement my part of the payment would be $1500 which I cash app him. As for my daughter I don’t know the exact amount that she added. The job was left unfinished he was contacted by text contacted his wife requested that he give me a call back and she said that he was in a meeting and will be out in just a minute never heard from him. He texted my daughter a couple of times. Job still has not been done this is been over a week and money spent that I did not have. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
