  I normally do not leave reviews, but the extra-ordinary customer service we received from the start of our sprinkler project on Friday to the return of a few extra parts on Monday, and a few visits in between, just could not go without recognition. Merle was amazing! He designed the layout and then helped us adjust when we hit a couple roadblocks. It was amazing that he remembered our names on each visit. Great customer service!

  Simply the best customer service I've ever had anywhere. Seriously. I live pretty close so it's easy for me to pop over here but it's worth a drive from almost anywhere because the staff here is so friendly and literally knows everything. They've got an endless supply of the things I need for making small repairs and what not, and the knowledge they have is invaluable. And everyone here knows everything. It's amazing; seriously go in and try to stump them, describe your problem, and then just watch as they take you exactly to the section in the store, and ask you questions along the way to find exactly what you need, probably even prompting you to answer questions you didn't know you should be asking. Happens to me all the time. Eddie just walked me all over the store, staying open an extra few minutes for me, got me extra parts I didn't know I needed, and had me out of there in no time. And I know that any other staff member would've been able to do the same. Their prices compete with big box stores but Grover's service is on another level. The picture is what Eddie explained I needed; I thought it was a simple T fitting to connect my water main to sprinklers. I would have walked out of another store thinking I bought the right thing, if I'd been so foolish as to shop anywhere else.

  They didn't have the very specialized part for my antique lamp, but they were able to help me find it online and took the time to help me. I really appreciate being able to fix my antique lamp I want to watch it and not have to throw it away or replace it
