We had them come out to look at our heating and air conditioning. We were told we would get a quote withing 24 hours. The tech came out on Wed last week and it is now Monday and we still have not received our quote. I tried calling before the weekend and was told we would still be getting our quote soon and we still have not heard back. Update The tech Brennen pope reached out to me an apologized. He forwarded me a copy of the email he had sent but for whatever reason the original did not show up in my email. He advised this has been an issuie with their set getting out emails which is unfortunate but it happens. The quote I got was actually pretty reasonable for a full hvac upgrade.

Cori, I am sorry you didn't get helped faster. I am home with the flu and tried to find your name in the customer database and couldn't. Could you give me the address of the home please. I will make sure you get a response tomorrow. John Hicks, President, Griffin Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., Statesville, NC, 28625. My email address is [email protected]. Thank you.

Needed a 24 year unit replaced in home, called to get a quote done and scheduled appointment. They called back and said they can’t even come out and quote new unit replacement due to backlog (not even at later date). I guess that no one wants to work anymore, I get that finding people to work is hard, but if you are unable to provide service then maybe it time to change the way you do business. Maybe change your website to say not accepting new customers.

We're very sorry we could not help you with your problem. Our schedule was extremely full and we were in the middle of a heat wave. Since yours was an immediate need, we could not accomodate your request. For future reference, the average HVAC equipment lasts around 12 to 15 years. You need to look at replacing them before extreme hot or cold seasons. We hope you were able to find a solution to your problem. Sincerely, Griffin Heating & Air.

Our furnace went out due to water damage, one week before closing on our home. We called several companies and they were so responsive. They understood our situation and were willing to come on a Sunday to get us scheduled. Amazing customer service. I will always recommend Griffin! Thanks Brandon.
