BUYER BE AWARE!! Their restocking fees on merchandise are excessive and not customer friendly at all. They basically force a customer to keep not needed items or to deal with them on their own. We needed to return a Kohler sink, which could not be used since the cutout in the countertop was made to a different model. It costed around $320 and they wanted to charge $250 as restocking fee. Not fair. Customers would have been better off buying from an online retailer like Amazon, or even Lowes or HomeDepot.
