This company has sincerely amazed us with their expertise and quick service at a time when our air conditioning unit quit on us during a heat wave. Their professionalism was outstanding and the knowledge they exhibited was stellar and made us feel like we were in the best hands. Junior and Michael worked so well together and provided us with the facts as they installed our new HVAC unit. We will definitely rely on them in the future for our Plumbing & Heating needs! We had a difficult schedule with juggling several different contractors on a big job in our kitchen.  The plumbers from Greensboro Plumbing and Heating were flexible and worked around and between the other contractors.  Once they were here, they were friendly and curteous and VERY competent!

My partner and I was very pleased with this company, we where treated with care and our plumbing concerns where handled. They made some changes to their company and we really appreciate them working hard to provide the lever of professionalism they did to us.

Called Jay to get a quote for install of new hot water heater, and instead of providing quote FIRST, he started work (without permission) draining old water heater.   When I called him back (again) to get an estimate, he quoted 80% more than nearby plumber.
When he asked me if he could charge me a service call for work already begun (but never authorized), I answered 'no' and he hung up on me & left my tenant with no hot water.
Also, my tenant said he was rude to her in-person.   Would NOT recommend!

Greensboro Plumbing and Heating save the day, AS ALWAYS! I am the office manager of Studio J Dance Center in Asheboro, and we found ourselves in a pickle days before our fall classes are scheduled to start. We called Jay Carroll, and he graciously went above and beyond to ensure that our first day will go smoothly. Their professionalism is unparalleled and their knowledge and education on plumbing and heating always leaves us feeling confident and cared for.  They truly are the "go-to" for fantastic customer service.

The business is run on incompetence with absolutely rude service. Their pricing is ridiculous, they will constantly lie to you, and their work is mediocre at best. Stay far away, not worth wasting your time with people who don't care about yours.

Just awesome service from a family owned company.  They are really knowledgeable about everything that they are doing.  I was very impressed

Friendly and professional. Almond always does a great job.
