  I called Green's Septic yesterday when our effluent pump stopped working, Richard had me call his son Jessie who came out an hour after I called and was able to diagnose the issue, pump our tank, pull the pump and replace it within a few hours. Jessie was able to answer all my questions, and was very fast. Will definitely recommend using them and plan on using them again in the future.

  First off, to the reviewer who complained their tank was pumped and filled back up in 4 months. Well, I hope it did because your tank should only be empty immediately after it is pumped out. Instead of leaving a negative review, maybe educate yourself to exactly what a septic system is... Now, for my review..... I think I can honestly say that the effort I witnessed from Rich and Jesse the last few days was incredible. These guys came out in a driving rain on Thursday to pump out my cistern and troubleshoot why the alarm was going off. The culprit was a bad pump. Instead of telling us to not use the system and maybe get a hotel room for a few days, Jesse came back out in the rain on Friday and replaced the pump. While the weather wouldn't allow him to complete the job, he did what he could to get us through the weekend. Today, he was back and finished up the job; repairing and improving what we had to eliminate a repeat problem. Throughout this entire job, the conditions these two have worked in is beyond what anyone should have to endure. The sloppy mud was ridiculous and the rain Thursday and Friday was the worst we have experienced in years. I'm not sure I would have found anyone else willing to work in these conditions. You won't go wrong with Green's Septic Service and I can assure you that nobody else will touch my system.

  Came out ahead of schedule and fixed our issue. He even told me to wait for a service I don't need at the moment. This is my first home with a septic and I didn't know much about them. Jessie set my mind at ease and was very knowledgeable.
