  I hired them to do a septic inspection, which they rescheduled twice and attempted to reschedule again for a 4th appointment with less than 24 hours notice at each occurrence. As we have to be present, this is 3 days that we arranged our schedule for a company that will not show up. I work with contractors regularly and have never had a contractor reschedule so often and be so unreliable once an appointment was made. Do not waste your time.

  We recently hosted a party and sewage started coming up through our toilet. Great Falls Septic came out to save us within an hour of calling them on a Sunday. I cannot thank them enough and will be using them moving forward.

  Brett from Great Falls Septic did a great job explaining the repairs necessary for a septic system. He was very informative and really knows the workings of the septic system, which pumps and floats should be installed so the system will have a long life.. Would highly recommend!
