  Hired the company for a new roof 4-years ago, to tear off and reroof a 2-story house. I physically couldn't get up on the 2nd story roof to verify work. Painters this year discovered that "Mike-Green City never tore off last 3 rows of old roof and rainwater doesn't get to the gutters and the whole mess has been causing dry rot on the facia boards let alone the sheathing. Mailed the owner certified mail asking to fix it and he has ignored the entire negligence and poor workmanship the company done. NEVER will hire or trust this company to do a roof or any work.

  Mike and his crew did great work on the two jobs I hired them for. The re-pipe of my basement and installing and replacing much needed foundation piers. They were responsive, quick, and thorough with the repairs. I would absolutely hire them if I should need their services again.
