  I was incredibly dissatisfied with my service from Roto-Router. For our first appointment, the plumber was scheduled to arrive between 10am and 12pm. At 1pm, nothing, so I called to enquire and the woman on the phone was snippy with me and said he "might" be there by 4pm because he had been held up on an emergency job. Okay, fine, but please let me know if he's running late- not much to ask. We were experiencing a small leak from the bottom of a brand new toilet. The plumber reinstalled the toilet and caulked it, stating "I made a mess of the caulk because it's frozen". Okay, fine. Within days the toilet was leaking worse than before. He returned with a coworker, declared that our brand new toilet was broken/faulty and that there was nothing he could do, and kept repeating that it "wasn't his fault." They did not offer any further assistance. We bought a second new toilet and installed it ourselves guess what, same issue so clearly it is not the toilet that was the problem. Would not recommend.

  I found that my dishwasher was leaking at 11 at night they were here in about 30 minutes, cheerful, kind and explained the whole process clearly and patiently. The work was quick and they lined out expectations for the upcoming days. Joe and Cameron were wonderful to work with. They even helped call my insurance and start the claim!

  Quick response, great attitude. Had a split in a pipe that was spraying water beneath our kitchen island. Water was coming out and being soaked up by the cabinet. Pricing was communicated clearly before coming out, and Shawn was prompt, friendly and got things fixed in just an hour.
