Greeley Plumbing and Heating installed our furnace and air conditioning systems and duct work for a new house and office building. I would not recommend using them for anything other than plumbing. Here is the list of most of the issues they messed up in the installations: Orifice in a air conditioner line was backwards and preventing our system from cooling (2 year issue). Greeley actually did answer their phone and try to fix this but couldn't solve the problem and charged us to not fix it. We had to hire another company to find and fix the issue. Our bathroom only has one duct and doesn't get enough air flow to heat it in the winter. Dryer vents installed by air unit which causes the air unit to plug the cooling fins. Dryer vent lint is pulled into the air exchanger because of where they are located. One of their employees looked at this issue and said they would move it to make it right, but that they would have to charge us. Air duct returns to furnace in the house are undersized and limits air flow through furnace which caused resets to constantly blow and go out. We had to redo our return system duct work to get enough air flow for heat and air to adequately supply our house needs. Before the fix we could never cool our house enough on hot days or heat the house enough on cold days due to lack of air flow through our HVAC system. It just couldn't achieve thermostat settings in weather extremes. The furnace in our house has dual heat in it. Greeley didn't put the switch in the furnace to flip between the dual heat setup options. Our water softener had pipes installed wrong that later had to be corrected. In our office building the duct runs were undersized for the air needing to move through it. The duct returns to our furnace are undersized and need to be totally redone to allow proper flow. This is the same issue we had in our house. We have a baffle that switches air flow between two separate units. When the baffle flips they don't have a bi-pass installed to allow the restricted air to flow to be relieved without creating excessive back pressure in the furnace due to air restriction and making it sound like the ducts are going to explode from the pressure. There is more, but these are the main issues. In most of these issues Greeley's would not even return our calls. When they did respond they only offered to fix their mistakes by charging us. I would not recommend using them for any HVAC work. If you want to hire a contractor that returns a call to fix a problem or installs it so it works properly the first time look elsewhere. Suggestion, if you do call them on an install problem you need fixed don't tell them you have a problem to fix or you will not hear back from them.

We apologize for the late reply, Joe. We were having issues verifying our Google account. As we mentioned in the previous Google review (which you deleted after we replied) we apologize for the awful inconvenience that your HVAC system has caused over the years. In regard to your claim of unresponsiveness, Justin is often very busy, if you were trying to reach him directly, there may have been a chance he missed your call. However, if you had reached out to one of our offices your call would have been answered. Since your home service project, our team has been able to grow in ways that continually result in many raving satisfied customers. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review!

Very knowledgeable and willing to help find a solution that would work for me. Not pushy. Unfortunately my water heater is rusting and starting to leak, not there fault, bad product run. Fortunately it's still under warranty so Fleet Farm will replace it at no cost to me. Thank you Greeley Plumbing for being straight forward & quick to respond to my request for service.
