  Good communication before and during the repair. Owner did make an effort trying to reduce my repair cost, but my backyard faucet is in bad shape. Thus they replaced the faucet with a quality one. The invoice is clearly itemized and charges are priced reasonably. Very nice folks and will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

  Greg & Shin are without a doubt the best plumbers we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Greg is in every sense of the word a professional expert. He studies the problem and gets to the root cause to ensure it is a one and done repair, and then looks for the best possible solution. He is all about getting it right and will take the time to talk you through the issue and why he is recommending what he is. As if that were not enough, he is absolutely great at helping you feel you are in the hands of someone who really does care and really does want to make sure you are completely happy with the work done. You can't go wrong with Greg and Shin

  I didn't end up using these guys because of the wait time, but they were super helpful on the phone and even took the time to help me troubleshoot the issue over the phone. They didn't have to do that, but I really appreciated it!
