  FloHawks has been sold to a big company out of Texas and they have become unethical with unapproved credit card charges that exceed quoted costs, missed appointments, incomplete work, not providing documentation, and horrible communication. I would strongly suggest going with a different, more ethical and more communicative company.

  Septic Service and Repair: Consumers who use this company be aware! They will not arrive on-time and will make so many excuses it will make your head turn. They will quote a price and it won’t be close to original bid. They will fight you and even falsify documentation. My advise don’t use this service there are less expensive and much much better service providers!!!!

  After weeks of broken promises, missed meetings, and no responses to our communication the PM (Zach Tiegs) called me and said "i am turned off of doing your job" because I was holding him accountable for commitments he had made. Thank you Flohawks for a months delay in our project. We Are now back to square one, looking for a company to install our septic. Clearly, by other posts as well, customer service is not currently a strong suite.
