Josh updated and rerouted kitchen and salon room drains.   Excellent workmanship and the least costly and invasive solution which saved likely thousands of dollars.

The company has always been great to work with. They are fast acting and do a good job. I never had an issue and have been using this company for the past few years. I trust Gray Wolf Plumbing with all my plumbing needs.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. I have used their services both commercially and personally and can honestly say I’ve never had a better customer service experience from start to finish. They are professional, honest and efficient. Gray wolf did a good job on my plumbing. For some reason, the last reviewers critique had nothing to do with plumbing and only addressed I missing comma in a slogan?? I am not  too worried about my plumber being a grammarian. Good work guys!

We used them for our company for a while until an invoice got forgotten. We had normally paid that day or maybe a day after service was done but this particular time, it got lost among the change of hands. They neglected to say anything for six months, and it went forgotten, as we assumed it had been taken care of (there were several people who were paying for things) then recently, they called to say it was unpaid. I thought it was odd, as first of all, I had no recollection of the service they said they provided, but that it had gone for so long unpiad. Either way, 500 some odd dollars, no big deal, we'll get it taken care of. Except it wasnt. I didn't have the money on my personal work card to pay it at the moment, so I would need my boss to take care of it, which I told them. I let them know I couldn't do it with mine, but that I'd let my boss know and pass the information along, which I did. Unfortunately, I didn't do it fast enough, because they then proceeded to call and email me every day (the call, not so much the email) leaving voicemails about how I didn't call them back to pay "like I said I would" I never said that. I said I'd pass the info along to have it taken care of by someone else. In the meantime, it progressed to them threatening to take out a mechanics lein against our property because of it. This was all over the course of 2-3 days. I get that it was long over due but with our history of promt payment it's not as if we were trying to stick them with the bill. Had they contacted any sooner, we would have paid it. That was never an issue. Two stars because they fixed our issues when they did come out otherwise it would be one.

These guys are great, you couldn't ask for better or more reliable service.

They did a great job on the plumbing work and were on time, responding as promised. That is hard to find and is greatly appreciated.
