  Joel replaced our back door and storm door which also included replacing trim. He did a very thorough job and was very fair on his pricing. We will be calling him back for future remodeling job. Highly recommend.

  Honestly, more than a little disappointed. Joel came highly recommended, and he came out same day for an estimate for our small bathroom project. He was friendly, professional and encouraging, and promised to get back to us within 24 hours. Three days later, no reply, so I mailed him, as he said I should do if I didnt hear from him. He replied with an apology, telling me the two estimates in front of me took more time than he anticipated (??) and said he'd get back soon. Well, five days later I gave up and started looking for someone else. I'd understand if he just touched base and explained he was hammered and hadnt had a chance to finish out bid... but he never did. I had to go after him, and when he promised after to get things handled he did not. If we were too small a project for him to worry about, he should have said so up front. If he just didnt want to do the job because he hated my face he could have just said, "I'm booked too far out, I wont be able to help you."

  Joel reinstalled a door for us. He is very professional, cleaned up after completion and did a great job getting the door in.
