  If you are looking for special item that you couldn't find at general hardware store, and you want it soon(instead of order it online), you could try Grainger. Grainger got a small shopping area for very general hardware needed. But, they have a huge storage. When you go in the store, they are expecting you are looking for something special. The clerk would greet you and assist you looking for hardware you need. I think the clerk were very friendly and helpful to even help you search for rare item online. So, if you are looking for rare item, definitely keep Grainger in mind.

  Absolutely horrible communication between the retailer and the customer. I had order a single set of aviation snips a week an a half ago and where suppose to be available for pick up that Friday. To this day I have yet to be contacted saying anything regarding my order. I’ve had to reach out twice in the last week and a half to get an “oh I’m sorry we’ve had to get them sent from are California facilities” when clearly it has it posted on the website to be in stores. Now I’ve just been told that I should maybe get them to the store of which they were already suppose to have been at this FRIDAY STILL NO EMAIL McDonald’s does a better job at communication
