  Im waiting to select how many stars. So far, I have found one person willing to help me with my order. Christina helped me immediately select the perfect Bidet. This was the beginning of last week. Christina has been off since and I have not been able to get another person to help me. Even the person answering the phone left me on hold for 20 minutes. The receptionist tried to help but was disgruntled she had to leave her station. The other 2 salespeople were initially with other other customers or on the phone but neither made an attempt to help me once they were free, Whats going on over there? Im tempted to call the Ferguson in Austin or Lubbock but seems silly since we have one here. Short staffed? Anyway, be prepared to wait.

  Carmen is the best! She was so helpful and sweet! She helped me pick out a kitchen faucet, and I would definitely recommend her to anyone! Everything was quick and easy from choosing which one I wanted to having it delivered to my house! Thanks for the great experience! I will definitely use them again for other stuff! Also the front desk lady was very sweet and helpful as well!

  I loved working with the staff picking out all of the appliances and lighting for my house. They work hard to find exactly what you have envisioned. I highly recommend buying all of your housing needs here. They are wonderful!
