  Graham's plumbing was SUPERB!!!! They replaced two toilets, fixed a busted spigot and repaired a leak in our sink. Professional and on time! I highly recommend them for ALL of your plumbing needs.

  From start to finish, Sam and the others were terrific. I was watching my friends grandfathers house as he was very ill and they were so professional and thoughtful. The plumbing has not been updated in years and the pipes had frozen over bad. They fixed it all and now the pipes are much better than the old ones and everything is working splendidly. Thanks to Graham plumbing for the high level of expertise and speedy and excellent job

  I called and made an appointment and was given a window during which the plumber should arrive. After the window was missed, I called to check in and was told I was next on the list (at lunch time). The plumber never showed up or even gave a courtesy call to tell me they would not be there. When I called the business the next day, all I got was "sorry." The business made no attempt to reschedule at a reduced rate to make up for the inconvenience of sitting home from work for an entire day waiting for them to show up. In fact, no one tried to address the error in any way.

  I called your cell phone number three times during the window you had scheduled, I left messages and I also texted. The following day after you called my office, I returned your call again, left a message and sent a text and heard nothing back. I mailed you screen shots of my phone showing the dates and times I called and texted. Intentionally standing people up on appointments is not something I do.
