  Connected gas line to Kitchen. I called in morning got scheduled for a week later. They called back an hour later & sent a crew out 15 min later. The crew left to get the parts needed, returned shortly and finished the job in 1.5 hours.

  The service was satisfactory. However, their billing an office team are below subpar. Made numerous attempts to call to make a payment with no answer and no call back. I received one bill which I paid upon receipt and knew there was a separate invoice to come. I attempted to pay that over a 3 month period but could not get a response. After failing to reach anyone based off of the number that I had received off of google, I quit attempting. The invoice did not come in until 8 months later. Within a week of receiving said invoice, I began receiving harassing phone calls even after I gave them a date of payment. I had the lady who called make numerous excuses and essentially insinuate that I was intentionally avoiding payment. She also stated they had sent me 4 invoices over the 8 month time frame. I will never do business with them solely based off of how their office is run and the behavior of their office employee. She was extremely rude and hateful. I will go ahead and edit this because come to find out it wasn’t their office clerk who I was speaking with but the co-owner for the company. Disgustingly unprofessional and disrespectful. Just cements my decision to no longer do service with them.

  The plumber are great and company used to be great went to get a quote for some more work and they said they don’t do quotes! So how I’m I supposed to plan to fix something if I can’t get a price range! On before a job! People don’t have pile of money laying around some people have to plan work out! Guess someone else in this town will start getting all my business! And sad thing is I tell everyone how great Lonnie and the guys are know theses people for along time but they just lost all my business!!!!! I just had my dads house fix and now that will be the last one they work on just because of that lady in the office and her attitude she just gave me sorry but not going to treat a paying customer like that and keep doing business with them ! I’ll find someone better or has more respect for the customer and I’ll start using them thanks Daniel and Lonnie but will not use y’all no more !!!!!!!!
