  First service was great, second service was like dealing with a different person. He took $2,000 as a deposit, he never started on the job, it’s been seven months now since I paid the deposit. He doesn’t respond, maybe once a month, just to give another excuse. I have had it with his excuses and his neglect. I’ve asked several times for my deposit to be returned. If you want your money taken and no work done, he’s your guy. If you don’t want to donate to the Beardsley plumbing charity, I suggest you find someone else. I should have listened to the other review that also mentioned him being a crook. Thanks for taking my $2,000 and wasting 7 months of my time Jimmy! I too am trying to run a business, just with integrity!

  Bill kept going up from original estimate. PROMISED to come back out and finish what they did not finish. Still have the same problem. Had one of his own people out and said that the work we paid for hadn’t been done and we had pay way more than should have.. had been told we will be out tomorrow.. no show.. we will be there tomorrow… same no show.. texted me that what needed to be done would cost an additional $1,000-$1,500.. scam

  Jimmy Beardsley is not only a great Plummer but also a very fine person; courteous and professional. When our hot water heater went out, Jimmy gave us several options on repairing and replacing it; the pros and cons for each option. He was always prompt and did the work right. When the job was finished, the work area was clean and spotless. I would highly recommend Jimmy and his company for any plumbing work.
