To have found Patrick, the owner, is an absolute blessing! Honest, knowledgeable, professional, very personable... he does more than just the hard, dirty work, he helps to find solutions & make recommendations. Got-A-Go is the definition of good customer service. I've used twice now & both times my expectations were exceeded.

I have used Got-A-Go several times for a portable restroom. They are always on time, friendly, and the restroom is always clean and stocked.

They were great about being on time, but I have security cameras on my house and seen them doing shiesty stuff. I recorded the driver/operator cleaning the rear of his truck off, the pipes he used to pump my septic take and other pipes at the end of my side wall with my water hose from the house. When I called to express my concerns they acted like it was completely normal and that they do it at every occasion. I would not use them ever again for any type of service no matter the circumstances. Heed my warning.

We used Got-A-Go to clean out our septic tanks and the service was courteous, prompt, and professional. They used my hose to clean up and rolled it up nicer than I had it! Definitely recommend!

We called Got-A-Go needing a temporary holding tank. We were in a major time crunch, needing it within 4 days. It was dropped off within a day or two. The tank rental was supper affordable. The staff is personable and professional. They even gave us tips on how to keep the tank warm during freezing temps and answered questions quickly when we called back the next day.

The cost to pump the tank is extremely affordable as well. The tank is exactly what we need and the service is above and beyond. Highly recommend Got-A-Go for all of your permanent septic pumping, temporary tank and portable potty needs. They aren’t just out to make a buck. They go the extra mile to educate and help you get the most from your equipment.

We needed to have our black tank emptied in our motorhome before we left on a trip. I called to see when they could come out to our friend's house where we were staying. The receptionist was very professional and courteous  and scheduled an appointment at 10:00 the next morning. The driver arrived on time the next day. His professionalism was incredible and he was very courteous. We will definitely be using their service again when we come back to this area.

This company did all the port-o-potties and wash stations for Birds Of A Feather music festival. They cleaned them multiple times per day and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I showed up w an empty water tank on my RV and Carrie was kind enough to bring me water! They went above and beyond! I go to a LOT of concerts and festivals and these were absolutely the cleanest port-o-potties I've ever used.  Not to mention their units come in PINK and BLUE! I highly recommend this company and its employees

We needed emergency service.  An employee came right in, on his day off, and was at our house within a half hour of our call.  No extra charge. It was the most thorough service we have ever had. He cleaned our line to the house also. Which was pretty clogged. That had never been done by our previous service provider. Very pleased, and will use Got-A-Go for our annual service from now on.

Friendly and keep their rentals,spotless!!

We used them for our wedding venue and they kept them well stocked with toilet paper. We also loved the how,a light came on for night visits  and how fresh it smelt

After getting ghosted by another company twice, we called this place by a personal referral. Amazing experience. Called at 9:30 am and they were at my door at 2 Pm to pump our tank. The guy was so personable and even let my two year old see inside the truck because he thinks big trucks are so cool. I would recommend their service to anyone!
