  I called this company to hook up my washer the day after my dad passed away and he was very rude. I told him what the guys that delivered the washer had told me and the readon they couldn't hook it up. He rolled his eyes at me and said "so you don't know what's wrong, but you live here?" I explained the situation again and he huffed and rolled his eyes again. I will never use this company again.
