  Called them on a Monday to ask if they could help find our water leak. Stated it would be late Monday or Tuesday. At 3:30 pm Tuesday, no show and no call. I called and they said they hoped to be by before 5 and if not it would be first in the morning on Wednesday. At 3:30 we again had not seen or heard from them at all. I called and told them they could cancel since they had not contacted us. Okay was all they had to say. Very disappointed, you might try all other options first!

  Called on Monday around 3 PM, they said might be to late to come that evening, but would be there in the morning and would call me. No show and no call all week, I tried calling on that following Friday and left message nothing.
