The technician, Gino, was professional, polite and knowledgeable.  He was able to answer my questions & I was very satisfied at the end of his visit. I have used Go Green before & have recommended the company to several people. The office staff is wonderful and stays in touch until the job is done.  I have no hesitations in recommending you give them a call the next time you have a need for ac, heating and/or plumbing work.

Tim was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! He talked me through everything that he did and made sure that I understood what he was doing and why it had to be done. He throughly inspected my complete plumbing system and addressed every potential issue not just my initial concern. Tim also offered me the family plan, which allowed me the opportunity to save on my services today and in the future. He really went above and beyond to make this a 5 star experience for me and should I have any issues in the future, I will definitely give Tim and Go Green a call!

Joe Miller, our technician, was a delight to work with and his report on issues involved in the job was detailed and easily understood,, and the options he presented allowed us to determine what best met our needs at this time. Our original appointment was on Thursday, January 27 but they came the next day. They told me they give me a $25 credit towards work done since they rescheduled. I asked for a master plumber. Two other companies had looked at this. They sent Evan who was nice but only two years experience. He had to stay on FaceTime with his boss the entire time as he had no experience with our problem. We were told we’d be called by the office within a couple days for a professional plumber to let us know what we could do to proceed. No call. They came out January 27 I called February 14. I was told they didn’t see the referral and they would have someone call me back that afternoon. It’s now three days later and I haven’t heard again . I won’t use them again. No chance to use the credit because nobody called me back to even do any work.

Stephen arrived on time and was so professional. He explained in terms that I could understand all of the options for me to consider for my HVAC system. Due to the rain, he will be back on Friday to complete the diagnostic tests. I really appreciated him sharing that the more invasive tests would damage the air compressor if it got moisture inside. That made me feel confident that he was really looking out for me. I’ll know in a couple days what will be needed to get my AC going. I called Go Green after a referral from a trusted friend. I am happy to say the service so far has exceeded my expectations.

In a world where I am finding it difficult to hire professional and competent people to do any kind of maintenance on my house, Go Green has surpassed all of our expectations. Josh and David did an excellent job installing our new water heater. They were efficient and knowledgeable. The job was finished on time. Also, beyond Josh and David’s excellent work the entire process from first contact, scheduling and estimate was seamless and efficient.
