  Great service. They bent over backwards to help me find an older style valve I couldn't find elsewhere. I just wanted to thank you again for your help today. The suggestions were spot on. The 2 valves worked perfect and the escutcheon look great.

  Needed a replacement for an old school faucet cover. Couldn't find it @ Home Depot (should have started local anyway shame on me!) Mike immediately identified what I brought in and explained how his father used to repair them. Luckily he had the exact one in stock! I pass this building daily and love the artwork outside, I will never go anywhere else for my plumbing needs! You can't miss the place, do yourself a favor and support local business at the same time! You cannot get this level of personal customer service at the big stores or online. Bravo, Mike!

  I was searching all over for a non-standard sink aerator. Lowe’s and Home Depot did not have the part, and did not know what it was or where to find it. I also called another plumbing store and they were not able to help. I gave Mike a call and he immediately knew what part I needed, and had one in stock. It was ready for pickup when I arrived. Great service and a fantastic gentleman. I will definitely be back for any future plumbing needs!
