  Customer service answering the phone were rude. They stated the rate per hour before coming out, which is fair. After they came out they used a camera and charged a ridiculous amount on top of the rate which they didn't tell me they were going to do. They didn't fix the problem they original came out for and wouldn't come back without a guarantee they wouldn't charge me again. I am fair about paying for services but the work they did didn't solve the problem and paid a significant amount. The problem isn't fixed but will not be calling them back. Also, the drain out cap wasn't put back on correctly, came off and sewage spilled all over. By the way they want your credit card up front before they come out. I now know why. Buyer beware with this company!!

  Sewer pump truck was parked completely across my road which is a dead end street. I was blocked in on dead-end street. Driver could have pulled 3 feet back and gave through traffic one side of the road or asked his customer to move his vehicle sh he could pull in further instead he chose to block the entire road so I could not drive to take my son to his doctors appointment. I will never call this company for services. I used them back 11 years ago when I bought my house had a new pump installed in my grey water tank less than a week later they wanted to charge me a service call on a pump they installed and only a week after! I can see this company's respect for the public and customers as well has not changed one bit. I would give 0 stars if I could.

  We had our old septic tank pumped today by Roto Rooter. From Laila calling to confirm the appointment to George and Coty coming to our house to pump our tank everyone we dealt with were professional. The guys gave us great service, were very courteous, and we will definitely use this business for all for our plumbing needs. We had such an awesome experience!
