  Beware of this company. I did not hire this company, my business partner did. With out my approval. I never could get a hold of anyone there. They set my project back by three weeks. When I let them go. I have been threatened with a lean on my property. . BEWARE of this company. They use strong airm tactics.

  Hi David. It seems you were not informed of our timeline from your business partner. Being that this review is the first time ever interacting with you, we are sorry to hear that. We informed your partner that our schedule after hiring us was a minimum 3-4 weeks out before we could get onsite once a proposal was signed. Apparently that was not relayed to you. We purchased a permit for your job and had you on our schedule and asked your partner for reimbursement when he came in just days before your scheduled rough in. Again you must not have been told. It’s a small fee that can be cleared up, we do not like filing liens, but we are a business. We are a family run business since 1988 and do not advertise, so “strong arming” is far from how we run our business. We look forward to hearing from you so we can clear up the miscommunication from your partner.

  The technician supposedly repaired a broken pipe in my basement, but a week later I had water pouring all over completely saturated my carpet and floors. They charged me for coming out a second time stating that it was a different pipe that was leaking. However, just a week ago following the last “repair” the technician calls me on the phone saying “ hey Kim, business has been slow lately, can you put in a good review for us?” Coincidence?

  Costal did the entire plumbing build out and finish plumbing on a total renovation. They were fine early on but then once issues arose they COMPLETELY dropped the ball. I had to hire another company to come and fix a leak under the kitchen sink after Costal would not respond to my calls. The other plumber fixed it in five minutes by installing the correct drain parts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  We would like to extend our apologizes for any delayed responses as we started your remodel before Hurricane Michael and completed it after the hurricane. We did have a time period after the hurricane ripped our building apart that we did not have phone or internet services. My records show that we did complete your remodel and we did correct the leaking issue under your kitchen sink. We sent out a different plumber to resolve your issue so you may have not recognized the plumber, as the original plumber was unavailable. After we repaired the kitchen sink, we did not receive any notices that you had any other issues. If you contact us via phone please be sure to leave a detailed message or you can email us if we are unable to answer the phone.
