  This Gilmore tech was a perfect gentleman, extremely respectful to my wife and I, and seemed very knowledgeable of his assigned duties. He was also neat in appearance, and wore shoe coverings! That may seem like a minor matter to some, but we live in the mountains, and it is snowing outside today! Very quick worker too, and yet highly polite at all times. He was up in the attic to check the HVAC units, and then down to the garage to inspect the water heater. We were, and always have been, VERY impressed with Gilmore's technicians competence and thoroughness every time they have come up to our home. We actually look forward to their visit! Thank you also for the peace of mind they have always provided us with as well!

  I have to be pretty impressed to take the time to leave a review. 😂 Everyone throughout the process has been really great to work with. They don’t cut any corners either. I’ve spoken with a lot of my neighbors that have used other companies and they did not get any final inspections with the county to sign off on the permits. Nancy at Gilmore has been amazing coordinating all of this. It’s obviously in the homeowners best interest to have a permit and know the works been done right. It’s been great not to have to do all of that myself. 😁 It’s obviously a high ticket item when you get a new HVAC system and we have been very happy with our decision to use Gilmore as we did interview quite a few different companies.

  Jeremy and Jed did an excellent professional job. They worked very fast and got the job done in 2 1/2 days. They explain the operation of the system and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Definitely would recommend them for any install for heating or air conditioning!
