This was in December 2020. Needed a new water pressure regulator and special fitting to connect to water meter. D&D had all necessary components in stock and took the time to lay it all out on the counter to assure the system would go back together properly. This helped in making the job a seamless emergency repair.

No help at all. Looking for repair parts for my shower faucet. I didn't know the manufacturer. D&d was recommended by a neighbor who had done business there for 20 years. I was met by the most rude guy, suspect he is the manager. He showed no interest in e even Looking at my parts. He said I would have to go to Sacramento for help. He said Ferguson would not help either. Evidently, he only wants commercial customers. Not a problem, just be professional about it. PLACERVILLE hardware had everything I needed. My neighbor who made the recommendation was disappointed in the service by the new owners, Standard Plumbing.

Not helpful and extremely rude. I could not get help looking for the part I wanted. I don’t mind if you don’t have what I need but learn how to be courteous when relaying that message.
