    We had our AC handler and compressor (indoor and outdoor units) removed and new ones installed by Gillette. The team made every effort to finish the huge job on time, even calling in extra team members to make it happen. They were conscientious about how they treated the house while they were in it and the quality level that they were completing the job with. They even made a significant effort to clean up their mess when they were leaving. I'm super pleased with their service and we're going to have a very cool San Antonio summer thanks to Gillette!

    I called them to come do some basic twice a year checks, the could not even unclog an AC drain line. The services person told me it was against company policy to unclog the line. This wasn't the first time this has happened with my drain line, it was the fist time an AC company had ever told me they wound not fix it. They said I should call a plumber. I called the office to complain, the services manager said they were going to fire the nice guy that came out. I told him I don't think you can fire someone for following company policy. If they can't handle a simple drain line issue, how in the heck can they handle a real AC issue. At the end of the day, they took my money and left me with a pan full of water. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!

    Kyle, thank you for your review. We have explained in detail that what the technician said to you was not anywhere close to being true. When we talked to the technician he admitted he skipped that step because he was hot and did not want to go into the attic space due to the heat in the space. We have refunded your money and apologized for the issue several times today. You have obviously not been able to forgive us for our technicians actions and that is your right, as the General Manager I accept the responsibility of my technician’s actions and can only offer you my last very sincere apology.

    We called last night to evaluate what’s wrong with our heater and we were glad that they were able to send someone but since it was in the evening we were told that someone will come back in the morning to do the work. It’s already noon time and no one has called to let us know if they will dispatch a technician to do the work. We have a 20 months old baby and I’m pregnant while it’s freezing inside our home. I will not recommend this company!
