  This guy is a joke. He also did the plumbing in our new house. We have had problems with water pressure, getting hot water and a loud humming noise that our guest bath makes - the only way to stop it is to turn the shower on. We have been here almost 10 months and are still calling him. He has made several appointments to come over and not shown up once. He was working on a home down the street (I literally saw him out the window) and said he would come over as soon as he was done there, and still did not show up. He was 2 houses down!!! I don't recommend Giles plumbing. Dishonest and disrespectful. If you like hot showers and being treated with respect, look somewhere else.
