  Our tenants called about backed up sewer....they came out same day on a Saturday and took care of it. They called me and clearly described the work that needed to happen. Tenants reported that he was clean and efficient.

  Service was good, but it was a simple toilet unclog... it took the man 30 minutes to complete and I was charged $315.... Iv been told already by other plumbers that this should of been half the cost.

  1 star because they responded quickly and made an appointment same day. Another star because although they were later than their appointment time they did call us and kept us updated. Can’t give any more because it all went downhill from there. Guy showed up without a mask and asked if we wanted him to wear one. Beehive came recommended by a relative but once he assessed our needs he quoted us a price at least $800 over what we anticipated from what our relative had paid for the same service. When we questioned his high price he claimed to be in line with market value and that the equipment he would be using was a higher grade, well worth the extra cost. When we thanked him for coming and told him we’d be taking our business elsewhere, he seemed very annoyed and put out. We ended up going with another plumber and paid $500 less for great service.
