  I contacted Genzel Plumbing as they were a local and family owned business, which is important to me, for a minor toilet repair. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and I was impressed with the confirmation and follow up process, via text and Email. I was notified shortly before they arrived which was right on time. Parker Genzel was professional, courteous and knowledgeable and completed the repair and rebuild, quite efficiently. The price was fair and I was impressed with the entire process. I will definitely use them again and perhaps they'll become my new "go to" for all plumbing needs.

  So pleased with Genzel Plumbing. Water heater went out the day before our last winter storm. They were able to come out the same day, thankfully! Provided me with a range of options and all the info I needed to make the best choice for me. Installed the new water heater the same day! Joshua was awesome and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use again for any further plumbing issues. Thanks!

  We've used Genzel multiple times and always very happy with their work. Today Parker came out and fixed a mess we had with our kitchen plumbing. Parker's always on time, very professional and does an excellent job. I highly recommend him and this company as a whole.
