  Genesis renovations did our master bathroom (new tile shower, new flooring) and we are so happy we chose them. Brandon was our point of contact, and he communicated well throughout the whole process. Because of an unforeseen electrical issue, our project took longer than expected, but we were contacted and updated every step of the way. I recommend them to everyone, and I will give them a call for my next project!

  I want to give a big Shout Out! And Thank You! To Brandon Granger and John with Genesis Renovations for my beautiful bathroom! They have been very easy to work with, show up when they say, communicate well and often and were spot on with their estimate! Brandon and John are meticulous with their work as are their sub-contractors: Charlie the plumber and the tile guy. From start to finish it only took a week! Also want to thank Charlene Rumsey with Henry Tile for her patience and help in choosing the perfect tile. So if you need anything done at your house I would definitely recommend Genesis Renovations!

  Brandon came out to my house on Feb 2nd to give me a quote to repair a leaky window. He quoted me $50 which I thought was a great price. We agreed for the work to be done the following Tuesday on the 6th. Tuesday comes and no one shows up and no phone calls. I called repeatedly and never received an answer or return call. I will be happy to change this review upon a suitable explanation but the lack of professionalism is disappointing as he did not come across that way at all.

  Mr. Puig-Garcia, we do apologize for this. We just became aware of this review recently and wanted to respond. This is certainly and unacceptable occurance and not normal for our business.
