He was extremely friendly, professional, and responsive. I would get an email, call, or personal visit on any inquiries. Price was good. Work was quick and well done. When we hit a hurdle, they were able to bring in the appropriate person to ensure work was not stopped. I am really happy with their service. I highly recommend them.

For many years I have resigned myself to getting mediocre service from so many companies in Marin. Gene Burch plumbing and their entire team (scheduling, servicemen, billing) have RESTORED MY FAITH that excellent service and subject matter expertise exists! When our water heater broke while we were out of town, they were very quick to respond which was extra wonderful because I was not an existing customer. They thoroughly assessed the situation, clearly explained what was going on, and clearly laid out my options. They were also very transparent about prices and guarantees. Once we made a decision, they were quick to schedule the service (came back the next day) and did proactive follow up to make sure I was satisfied. They also discovered a leak onto our foundation when doing the water heater repair which was very helpful because we were able to address it early before it made structural damage. I was impressed that they were detailed and attentive enough to notice it. I will definitely use them again and wish they repaired everything!

We really appreciated Eugene's patience as he dealt with us to get our shower heads and hand shower updated. He was very pleasant even after 5 or 6 trips to our house as we figured out what we needed and ordered the parts. Twice we did not have one piece we needed, so he came back when we did. We persevered together and now have shining new shower heads that work great thanks to Eugene's professional installation.
