  Our experience with Dustin was excellent. He let us know when he would arrive, did a thorough check of what needed to be done, then let me know the cost upfront. He did the job in a timely and professional manner. Dustin is very personable, and was respectful of our situation. I would definitely recommend him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Novato.

  We had a catastrophic failure of sewer pipe in the crawl space under the main bathroom of our home. After National Response Team came in to do the cleanup of the dirty water, Stephen from Ben Franklin plumbing came in (on a Sunday), gave me an estimate, and started the job the next morning with his coworker, Ming. They got it done quickly, cleanly, and without drama. This was a tough job and I was happy to have a professional outfit such as Ben Franklin Plumbing tackling it. I hope I don't need them anytime soon, but they will be my first call in the future.

  While I can give credit for quick service after two times with backed up toilets - this company needs a lot of help in setting customer expectations. They planned to return the following week to replace pipe and we were given zero info about what to expect, what disruptions would happen. Operator and dispatch were no help, so just grill your plumber when he’s there the first time!
