  My elderly mother called Friday night, no return call. Called again Saturday morning, they returned the call at 9:30 said they would get somebody out but it would be a while. Six hours later, haven't shown up or called. She called back. No response. She called Ace Rooter & King Pumping they were there with in 45 minutes and did a great job.

  Absolutely NO help whatsoever. Business not too far from house. Called the guy about having a licensed inspection done. Had never heard of such a thing. Told me to fax him a copy of the inspection and he could see what he could do. Didn't even have the decency to call back. Pretty much had same experience with all the plumbers in Vilonia area. Gave one star because that at least answered phone and talked. Which is more than the rest.

  Tim and Mike both came out quickly and replaced our water heater which was under warranty. Great honest men.
