We had recently remodeled our downstairs bathroom, and the toilet was working great for about a month. When it started acting up, I gave this company a call. Jack came out and looked at it. They got it running again (plunged it); however it was still acting weird when it was flushed. I was assured that this was because of the toilet design (was not sold). The next day the toilet got clogged again and I told them that I would like a deeper investigation of the problem. I was turned down and was told it was the toilets fault. I then proceeded to pull the toilet myself only to find that there was a bloackage inside of the sewage pipe directly below the toilet. They did not want to do the work... paid $80 for them to plunge my toilet instead of them actually earning money and finding the issue. Now THAT I HAVE INVESTIGATED and REPAIRED it... the toilet is working perfectly. I would avoid these guys for anything but the most basic fixes.

Dislike giving poor reviews as it can hurt a business, but gotta be honest. Justin and Jack came to fix a pair of leaky faucet handles. They arrived just a bit late (10 mins no worries) and then left to go buy parts for about 40 mins. They returned and fixed my faucet in no time (10 mins). They then charged me $187, $120 of which was for an hour and a half of labor. I questioned that and told them they were only here one hour and at least 40 of that was “drive time”. I was happy to pay for an hour of service but felt that charging me $40 because they were running the clock out was wrong. They did fix the problem and Justin was very respectful. That is why I gave them 2 stars. Just don’t like people who milk the clock.
