  I called on JP Gallagher Construction to handle a fire damage repair at the kitchen of my restaurant. I needed the guarantee of professionals to be able to handle all the complicated parts and specifics of my kitchen. Their reviews spoke highly of their work and I did not regret my decision. It was so easy to work with their team, regardless of how difficult I was being about my kitchen preferences. They were able to save more appliances than expected and they even gave me great tips to avoid a large fire if ever one does accidentally break out again in my kitchen.

  I thought my appointment for an estimate was for a Tuesday they came on a Monday so I immediately called back to reschedule no answer so I left a message then I got a voice message back from them some guy rudely with a terrible tone in his voice said there gonna pass on our job, Not sure why farmers insurance would recommend them but I’m definitely gonna let them know how I got treated and not to use them

  Hi Zac, We did show up on time for our scheduled appointment and waited on your porch for 15 minutes and called your cell number two times ( 1st time went straight to voicemail and the second time it rang and then went to voicemail). We did receive a voice message from you an hour and a half later stating you didn't hear the door and/or your wife must have been in the shower. Your review states that you now thought your appointment was Tuesday rather than Monday. We chose to pass on your job and do not feel that this deserves a 1 star review. Sorry it didn't work out.
