  I called to pump tank they did said they would come back in a couple days to clean. Lines in summer and never showed up never called moved in to house in the end of dec a week later septic was backed up in house said they would come out Monday called to see we're he was said he is sick not coming tony the guy that came out was great and tried help but he is very new and would answer any time call called the other howe co in spencer iowa will never call pete howe co again No comunication with customer not happy at all

  Eli was professional and showed me what was causing our drain problems and what we needed to do to address them. Would definitely recommend them! He even came out on a holiday and was a great blessing!

  Guy who came to my farm was polite and knowledgeable. The lady that answered the phone could use hospitality training. The company did what they were paid to do.
