  These guys came the same day I called. They launched right in and are communicating (many don't) We've been looking for a dependable mechanical contractor to call when in a bind.. and so far...we're very pleased!

  We highly recommend this company if you want your commercial refrigeration done right the first time. They're professional, efficiant and on time for the job. We're so glad we were referred to GEM, the problem was solved the temperature in the freezer is dropping, they saved us a lot of headaches!

  I was charged 177.95 for them to come out to my wife's house to fix the AC which was freezing up on the outside pipes as well as the inside pipes. George said it was low on freon and he might have to adjust the value,he put freon 1lb. In it. He told me that we have a year guarantee and if it freeze up again that he would come back to adjust the value. Well..it froze up 3days later. I've called back to be told by George that he is not qualify to fix it (who the hell was he then)we thought we were getting a professional. Anyway we were told that they will come out again but it will not be free and that they did nothing wrong on their part. What kind of service is this???Rip off artists.
