the 2 men who came the first day were polite and took their time, asking me often about where i wanted the. units, once we even discussed and decided where the unit outside should go…and.they moved it after i pointed out the concerns i had….no problem! the second day, there were 5 guys, it was raining and there was a lot going on…they were respectful of mud coming in and out and laid down dropcloth on my carpet…they took their time explaining things for me to operate units….and cleaned up my garage where they “staged” their equipment….they used their time well and, hopefully things will go well and i will never have to see them again!! Laura runs a tight ship and i felt comfortable with all of them coming in and out my house!

Eric was thorough with his maintenance and took the time to clean the unit to make sure everything was running more efficient. I would request his service again. Always receive good service from Laury. Been a customer for years.

Eric and Ed were absolutely terrific - they solved a potentially challenging problem for us in the office and saved us a lot of aggravation. Just two days earlier Tom came to our home and he was equally great and fantastic. So I had two very great experiences with the company in a 3 day period. I would highly recommend them. They are the absolutely he best.
