  We had our furnace fail over the coldest night of the season. Called FS-Walker and got a call back within an hour and a service call the same day. Both techs that came out were friendly and prompt. They fixed the problem (bad blower) quickly. Thank you guys so much for the excellent service.

  Jose arrived shortly after my call and request for assistance on an older gas furnace. Of course the furnace stopped working on the coldest day of this fall month so far. He was very knowledgable about the problems and had them resolved in about an hour. I am impressed with the professionalism and expertise Jose displayed and with the promptness of the service. Thank you!

  We have a second home in Ruidoso, so we are not all that familiar with businesses in the area. Five years ago I schedule services for our furnace. We were very happy with their service and the cost. They serviced the unit two more times and then we decided to replace the furnace and install air conditioning as well. Everyone involved with this process was extremely professional, they were always on time, and kept the work area very clean. They even made it very easy to finalize this process from out of state. We really can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. We will continue to call on them and hope others will do the same. We wish them the best! Paul and Vicki Hegwer
