  Diamond Heart had my water heater up and running in no time; super responsive and helpful. I plan on calling them in the future with all my heating/plumbing issues. They are great.

  Diamond Heart Plumbing & Heating provide high quality, experience, value, responsiveness and punctuality. As an actual customer, I highly commend and recommend Diamond Heart Plumbing and Heating, and its fine owner, Mr. Richardson. Diamond Heart provided valuable, quality & responsive help & services in addressing our home's heating issues during very cold weather conditions during a Thanksgiving Week with a house full of family visitors. Other plumbers would not respond. Mr. Richardson is very experienced and knew exactly what the problem was to provide essential heat. His follow-up is greatly appreciated. At a later time, the heating unit was efficiently and cost effectively replaced. And the heating unit has worked well.

  Our water heater quick working. I left a voicemail and George immediately called me back. I told him I would be available in 2 hours and he met me at the house. 14 year old water heater needed replacement and he did it the next morning. His attention to detail and explanation of what he did was excellent. He is friendly and shows up when he says he will. He is also very responsive to calls/texts. I had called AVA Plumbing in Ruidoso first. Tony responded once but then ignored further calls and texts. I was glad to end up with George Richardson of Diamond Heart. He will get all of my future business in Ruidoso area.
