  My heat went out on Sunday evening. Fry came out on Monday to check out my furnace. Mark is the technician that came out. After trying to fix it by replacing a part he determined that the heat exchanger was bad and that the furnace should be replaced. He immediately got on the phone to order the new furnace and got the installation scheduled for Wednesday. Tom and Erick were the installers and they did a wonderful job including wearing masks, putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after they were done. They explained everything to me and made sure everything was working properly when they left. On Thursday I thought there was a problem with the blower on the furnace and called Fry. They arranged to schedule a technician visit on Friday. Matt came out on Friday and thoroughly examined the furnace and explained that the blower was working properly. He then went above and beyond to find out the problem. He was very thorough and didn't leave until he had figured out the solution.He was amazing and I really appreciated him doing that. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and resonable prices.

  Austin was able to arrive within 1 hour of my call. He was friendly, professional and was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He had to go back to the shop to get a part, but returned within 30 minutes and replaced the defective motor in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Fry's services and Austin!
