  I originally ran into some miscommunication problems about when someone was supposed to come to our house. After indicating my frustration, Sam immediately reached out to me. He apologized and offered to correct the problem. Sam was true to his word. He sent someone out first thing on Saturday morning. Cody and Tony replaced a toilet, outdoor faucet, and a crawl space pipe. They both were very friendly. And they were really nice when my kids followed them around. Cody did a good job of explaining everything to me. I was very happy with my experience and the work that was done. Thank you to Sam, Cody, and Tony. I will definitely be using Rooter Right again.

  Cody got the problem handled right away with no disruption to the tenant even though he had to pull the toilet. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He is definitely an asset to his employer. Rooter Right Plumbing & Drain was prompt, professional and very fairly priced. You can't ask for anything more I would not hesitate to use them again and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thanks guys for a job well done.
