This company is as good as all these reviews suggest.  My furnace wouldn't turn on and I had been dealing with another HVAC company sent by my home warranty company.  After a lot of frustration, I found Fry online myself and, after reading these reviews, called on a Monday morning to check availability. Literally that afternoon,  Adam -- a fantastic, polite, and knowledgeable technician -- was at my house diagnosing the issue. The issue was the circuit board, but given that my furnace was 23 years old, I opted to replace the entire unit. Adam said they could replace it Tuesday morning -- literally the next day!  Adam and another technician named Tom, who was also extremely professional and polite, installed it Tuesday morning.  Unbelievable service.  Amber, the person in the office when you call, is equally helpful and polite.  Incredible professionals -- just imagine if all HVAC companies were like this...I rarely, if ever, leave reviews.  But this company was incredible.

Austin was extremely polite and professional.  When he was troubleshooting he was efficient, sincere and honest, going so far to contact colleagues to ensure excellent service.  After work was done, he said that any further issues to not hesitate to reach out, and I could tell he truly meant it.  Fry and Austin have my back.

We called on Saturday and Adam came out to work on the heater, and they were on time and quick to get out to us. He fixed the problem, and left. On Monday night the heater never kicked on, so we called to have him come back out and take a look. Once again, very prompt. He came back and said it was the blown fuse from the AC that he had spotted on Saturday, and he unplugged the fuse so it wouldn’t affect our heat again. I asked if he had told my wife that, he said “no, I didn’t think it was connected to the heater issue.” And charged me $99 because it wasn’t related to what he fixed Saturday. So basically, I got charged $380 on Saturday then another $100 for a guy to come out and unplug a fuse he noticed was blown on Saturday and didn’t disclose to us, not even fix it, and told when the weather starts warming up to give them a call and they’ll come out to fix it. Why he wouldn’t fix it that day is beyond me, but I think I’ll have someone else do my HVAC repairs from now on that will tell us any potential issues down the road and not keep information like that from us.
