Builders Plumbing and Heating Supply is now my go to place for any kitchen and bath products. Amanda Verna handles the showroom with the very best customer service and her vast knowledge and ideas. My husband and I had so many questions, and she handled our project with excellence and professionalism. We have shared our great experience with others and will look forward to working with Amanda on future projects.

We recently remodeled our small bathroom in our modest Cape Cod style home. Our contractor recommended we go to Builders Plumbing and Heating supply and ask for Amanda. She was fantastic! Friendly and super knowledgeable about the mechanics, components, and materials, but also a great eye for design. We wanted to keep the "vintage" style of the old bathroom, but add a fresh twist. She helped us select a deeper soaking tub and the perfect fixtures for our sink, shower, and towels. Also, Amanda was on top of our order. We needed the bathtub ASAP to meet the schedule for installation. It was delivered as she said. We highly recommend this establishment and will definitely use their services again if the need arises.

We are doing a bathroom and kitchen remodel. I met with Amanda to select everything...faucets, towel racks, grab bars, etc. Amanda was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, patient, had an eye for design, and had great suggestions! She made the whole process easy and not overwhelming! Do not under any circumstances shop with Builders Plumbing & Supply. The sales people LIED directly to our faces about a product.  What's worse, the sales person Karen has continued to lie. We were promised a "quiet close lid" which would be provided for free.  When it wasn't, they offered to sell it to us at a discounted $50 rate. Really?  In a loud voice we were told "it comes with the quiet close, which is normally an additional charge".  When we installed toilet, no such seat was there. They have NOT responded to email, and have been unresponsive all the way around. We just want what they told us we paid for. DO NOT SHOP here, or trust the sales people.  I've never once complained in this manner, but am left with no choice. Will never shop there again until they make it right.

Stopped in today for an issue with a toilet supply line.  Jason was extraordinarily helpful and took his time to help figure out the next steps.  When they did not have the part in stock, he sent me to someone who did.  Really appreciate the kindness and helpfulness!

Makayla help me with kitchen and bath updates. She was helpful, knowledgable, attentive and downright adorable. I cant say enough good things about this store, or Makalya. Makes me question why I ever buy these products at big box stores!  All of the employees were wonderful and helpful.

Went into Ann Arbor store, looked at Kohler toilets, sales person told me they sold to professionals only and would not sell to me. I asked why the store and showroom, again 'professionals only'. Went to Lowes, not my favorite store, but ordered (not in stock) high end Kohler toilets, bathroom sinks for three bathrooms. Lowes delivered the stuff in a few days. Much $$$. My money is not as good as  plumber's? Think about this every time I drive by.
